Three story frames, one idea. A mirror selfie with a poll sticker — this or that — then the winner worn out the door, then a question box asking about friday. It is everywhere right now, and it takes ten minutes.

Why it works

A poll is the cheapest tap there is — two options, one thumb, no typing. The mirror selfie is the most watched story frame, so the poll lands where people already stop. And the follow-up, 'ok, you picked', turns a vote into a conversation: the people who tapped come back to see if they won. That second look keeps your frames at the front of the tray. The question box at the end hands the mic over, and the loop starts again next week.

What you need

A full-length mirror and daylight. Two outfits you would actually wear — fake options read as fake. Your phone, the Instagram story camera, its text tool and native stickers. Nothing to download. Ten minutes for the shots, a spare minute later for frames two and three.

Step by step

1. Frame 1, the hook: full-length mirror selfie, phone up. Shoot option A and option B in the same mirror. Pick the cleaner photo, open the story editor, tap the text tool, default rounded font, white box, black lowercase text: 'pick my outfit'. Poll sticker right under it: 'pick my outfit / the tank / the shirt'. Optional: a quiet track from the music sticker, this frame only. Post.
2. Wait two or three hours, or until the vote is clearly going one way. Never post all three at once — the gap is the point.
3. Frame 2, the payoff: the winner, worn. Same mirror, or out the door. Same white box: 'ok, you picked'. No sticker, no sound. Let it breathe.
4. Frame 3, the call: a back-view shot walking out. Caption: 'friday?' and the question box: 'what should i wear friday?'.
5. Reply to the first five answers with a photo — a mirror shot, a hanger, anything. That keeps the set at the front of the tray tomorrow.

No caption, no hashtags: stories carry their own text.

• Lifestyle: 'coffee or matcha' — both on the counter, poll, then the one in your hand on the walk.
